The employees were pleasant and accommodating. The hotel had updated and big rooms and comfortable beds. Hills view was worthy. Liked the location, it was stunning and good, down the hill. What's more, it was so close to the stores, the beach, and Lake George...

The staff was kind of rude.

Me and my daughter we loved the room, it was tidy and comfy. Location: the hotel was close to Saratoga Springs and the stores and all surrounding attractions.

The cottage was clean and cozy, perfect for a family getaway. I appreciated the pet-friendly policy. It made traveling with my dog easier. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the lake, and I loved the beautiful views of the mountains from the patio. The pool area was great, with a kiddie pool that my children loved. The beds could definitely use some improvement. They were not very comfortable and felt low to the ground, hard to get in and out. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the dining area made it easy for us to enjoy family meals together. I would return for the location and amenities but hope to see improvements in bedding in the future.

Great Views, But Some Improvements Needed

We enjoyed the fine views of the lake and mountains from our balcony during our 4-night stay. The private patio was a great spot for evening BBQs. Communication issues and weak Wi-Fi were frustrating. Future guests should know to bring their own coffee for the coffee machine.

The stay was overall enjoyable, especially with our family enjoying the pool and the beautiful views from the room. The location allows easy access to the lake. The beds could definitely use an upgrade as they weren't very comfortable, which affected our sleep. The staff was helpful.

This was our first time staying in a cottage and it really was really nice! The cabin vibe, with beautiful wood walls and ceilings, was so inviting. The location was perfect for accessing the lake, and my daughter loved the pool and kayaks.

While the bug situation was a bit bothersome, bringing our own spray made it manageable. The added bonus of being dog-friendly made this a nice getaway for us.

The Two-Bedroom Cottage was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family, especially cute for our dog. The heated pool was a hit with the kids, and we appreciated the easy access to the nearby beach for swimming. My only suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the Wi-Fi connection, as it was spotty at times.

Perfect family getaway with fantastic amenities.

Our time at hill view motel and cottages was amazing! The cottage had beautiful wood walls and ceilings. It was close to the lake and the pool was a big hit with my daughter. We enjoyed using the complimentary kayaks and the view was fine!

the only downside was the thin pillows on the bed.

The microwave oven and fridge in the guest room were a nice touch. I also loved the hill views from the hotel. the quiet location next to the beach and Lake George was perfect. Additionally, being in the middle of Jackson was a great feature.

They offer a variety of breakfast options, the surroundings are peaceful, and the staff are friendly, plus it's convenient to visit Diamond Point Grill.
